Bereavement Support Group
Each person experiences grief in his or her own way. Meeting every other Tuesday throughout the year, this group offers a place to talk about your grief, fears and other feelings which can be there after the death of a loved one.
St. Mark’s food pantry serves many families here in Harford County and the surrounding areas through the generosity of our parishioners. These families are referred by other area churches or organizations such as Birthright, SARC and Harford County Family Services.
In August of 2012 we began a parish partnership (aka: sister parish) with St. Joseph’s in LaLomas Haiti. Our goal is to build a relationship with our sister parish while spiritually supporting one another and offering resources to help provide food for the children and community. This ministry helps less fortunate members of our community and surrounding areas have a more joyful celebration during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Our Daily Bread
On the second Wednesday of each month volunteers from our parish prepare and or serve casseroles at Our Daily Bread in Baltimore. our daily bread recipe
Meeting the practical, emotional and spiritual needs of women in crisis pregnancies as well as needy mothers and infants throughout our area.
Ministry to the Home Bound
This ministry gives spiritual support to the home bound through communion and prayer.
A support group for persons who are taking care of a loved one, due to illness or infirmity. Also volunteers who offer their time to relieve the caregivers for a few hours when needed. This support group meets on the third Monday of each month in the White Hall. Please check the bulletin for updates and information.
